Clients must ensure passport validity, visas, travel insurance, and medical suitability.
2. Pricing:
Prices are dynamic and confirmed only after payment.
3. Payment:
Secure payment via gateways. We do NOT store card data.
4. Cancellation:
Subject entirely to supplier rules (airlines, hotels, clinics). We cannot alter their policies.
5. Refunds:
Refund requests sent to info@koch-hospitality.com.
Refunds depend solely on suppliers and may take up to 30 days.
Non-refundable:
- Flights
- Visa fees
- Clinic booking fees
- Deposits
6. Modifications:
All modifications follow supplier fees.
7. Liability:
KOCH TRADING and ADVISORY SERVICES LLC is NOT liable for any medical, travel, financial, or personal damages caused by independent providers.
